What is our Return Policy?

Return Policy
Merchandise cannot be returned for any reason after the item has been opened. However, it can be returned for an exchange within 30 days. Buyer is responsible to return item at their cost and for return shipping back to them. If you plan on returning an unopened item, please contact us first at info@pawmax.com.
Defective items: All damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with the exact same item. Defective merchandise must be reported to us within 10 days of purchase. If you are planning on returning an item for replacement, please contact us first at info@pawmax.com
Opened items: PawMax does not accept returns on opened items unless it is a defective item. Defective merchandise must be reported to us within 10 days of purchase. If you are planning on returning an item for replacement, please contact us first at info@pawmax.com
Factory Sealed Returns: PawMax does not offer refunds on opened merchandise. If the wrong item is ordered, we will offer you a store credit towards the item of your choice, minus shipping charges. Any item that is returned for store credit must be unopened and in its factory shrink-wrap. There will also be an additional shipping charge to send the new item. We recommend sending returns to us in a secure box insured, return receipt for your protection. A copy of your receipt or order number in the box will expedite the processing of the refund, which generally takes 3-5 days upon receipt of the return.
