1. Will I receive a confirmation email when my order is placed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order number and an additional email with your tracking information when your order is shipped.

We ship to all areas of the United States.
3. What are the charges for shipping and handling?
The shipping and handling rates are determined by the quantity of merchandise and the destination
your order.
4. What are the return and exchange policies?
Merchandise cannot be returned for any reason after the item has been opened. However,
it can be returned for an exchange within 30 days. Buyer is responsible to return item at
their cost and for return shipping back to them. If you plan on returning an unopened item,
please contact us first.
Defective items: All damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with the exact
same item. Defective merchandise must be reported to us within 10 days of purchase.

Opened items: PawMax does not accept returns on opened items unless it is a defective
item. Defective merchandise must be reported to us within 10 days of purchase. If you are

Factory Sealed Returns: PawMax does not offer refunds on opened merchandise. If the
wrong item is ordered, we will offer you a store credit towards the item of your choice-
minus shipping charges. Any item that is returned for store credit must be unopened and
in its factory shrink-wrap. There will also be an additional shipping charge to send the new
item. If you are planning on returning an item for replacement, please contact us first at
info@pawmax.com.
5. Can I change my shipping address if I already placed my order?
Please log into your account at www.PawMax.com. If your item has not been shipped you may change
the address. However, if the item has been marked as shipped you it will be shipped to the address
originally provided.
6. When does my order ship?
Orders are shipped on business days only: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United
States. Your order is shipped within one business day of placing your order, once your payment is
approved and the receiving address is verified.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all types of credit card on our secure payment gateway.
